Appointment Cancellation Policy
Here at A Touch Away we understand that things do happen! This is why we run a fair policy. We kindly ask our Clients to please give a full 24 hours ahead of your booked appointment time of cancellation is needed. The first Cancellation/ No show Is overlooked with a fair verbal warning. All Cancellations/ No show following will be charged a $25 cancellation fee for time and a non-refundable deposit that goes towards service in order to secure the next booking. Please be on time. Ten minutes late will be charged a late fee and end of service. After ten minutes appointment will be canceled. Thank you for your understanding and support.
