No refund. Only exchanges. No exceptions. All exchanges must be approved by email at info@atabya.com or phone call at (201) 686-2382. The item(s) must be returned in its original condition, any physical alteration to item or items automatically disqualified for exchange. Wigs weave, and lashes packaging must be intact. Must be exchanged within 3 days of the original received date.

Shipping  Policy

All orders require a mandatory 3-5 days, Processing time and Requires 1-5 days for delivery. Depending on the shipping option. Confirmation and tracking is available via email as soon as the order is shipped.

Local shipping :

US Postal Express. FedEx. Door to door also available for local deliveries.

International shipping:

FedEx and DHL for international shipping.

We know that our clients have busy lives and work schedules. To accommodate everyone’s needs, we are open Wednesday through Saturday, we work on appointments only. Available hours are presented at the time of booking. Scheduling is as easy as calling (406) 549-2854. You may also request an appointment by emailing us at info@atabya.com, booking through our contact page online, or stopping in at the front desk during business hours.  Please note that some of our higher-level stylists may not have available openings for a number of weeks, so plan ahead! We highly recommend scheduling your next appointment at the end of your cut/color/style.

Yes, with select stylists. Our Children’s haircut prices are the same as adult pricing – Higher level stylists do not accept children’s haircut appointments due to the demand on their time.

The cost of our services depends on the service you are requesting, pricing can be found on our services page https://atabya.com/services. We prefer payment in the form of cash or credit card. Payment is due at the time of service.

Here at A Touch Away we understand that things do happen! This is why we run a fair policy. We kindly ask our Clients to please give a full 24 hours ahead of your booked appointment time of cancellation is needed. The first Cancellation/ No show Is overlooked with a fair verbal warning. All Cancellations/ No show following will be charged a $25 cancellation fee for time and a non-refundable deposit that goes towards service in order to secure the next booking. Please be on time.

Ten minutes late will be charged a late fee and end of service. After ten minutes appointment will be canceled.

The length of your appointment depends on the services you receive, but a basic wash, cut, and style takes around an hour. If you are getting a color treatment or a combination of services, please ask us for an individual time estimate!

We ask that you don’t bring children to the salon unless they are receiving a service. As much as we love kids, it’s impossible to safely supervise them while you are in our chair, so please make other arrangements for them.

There might not be anything more disappointing than getting a haircut that, for whatever reason, doesn’t feel good. We are all about open communication and making our clients look their best. Please reach out to us if you aren’t happy with your hair, and we will do our best to make you look your best.

We carefully select the products that we sell, and we stand by them. But if you have an issue with a product or are simply not happy with it, we want to know. We’ll gladly teach you how to use the product correctly. If you are still unhappy we are happy to offer you exchanges or store credit within two weeks of your purchase if returned gently used.

Gratuity is appreciated but not expected. It’s a great way to support and appreciate your stylist.
